Cebu near Nature Spring Mandaue look for Juvy or Lando.
4.Deposit to BPI Bank account # 1371-0017-15 or Enterprise Bank account # 02-00006-5.

Cancellation in writing will only be accepted until ONE WEEK BEFORE the event. NO SHOW will be billed in FULL
-To complete payments, we would like to request for the withholding tax certificates if applicable. Kindly attach the tax certificates along with payment for pick-ups.
