An Economics Professor at the University of San Carlos in Cebu and the Executive Director of the Cebu Business Club, Prof. Fajardo shared his insights on the prospects of the Philippine economy and its effect on the economic performance of Visayas and Mindanao, and the leading business sectors and industries. As for the trending issue on labor contracting and end-of-contract or “endo”, Mr. Tan led the discussion on possible solutions that would benefit both the labor and the business sectors given his experience dealing with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
